"Kick someone's a** if you have to"

Maybe not, but... When there is a client presentation, there should be nothing that can stop you. Not even a technical problem. "The printer broke down and the IT guy knew nothing about printers" is not an excuse a client will take. Not an excuse a respectful branding company will give. That goes for students too. Don't blame it on everything around you, one day it will sound stupid and unprofessional.
